is a true cowboy who lives in Dallas, Fortworth. He loves his grits and fatback and is a sure thing to bet on at the local Rodeo and Stampede because he always delivers and comes out on top. A one time love interest of Carrie's (they were childhood sweethearts) they have remained friends ever since. Clay is also second cousin to Jayson, and long time friend to Bradley.
